IMPORTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Care professional, the individual will be required to perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily living and personal care activities.
  • Collaborating with a team of caregivers to guarantee their safety and well-being, as well as providing them with PPE and necessary documentation when required.
  • Conducting random spot checks on home caregivers.
  • Carrying out comprehensive evaluations and assessments of Service Users.
  • Informing management staff about any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining daily logs of activities, observations, and hours of direct service. Ensure these logs are kept up to date.
  • Verifying that services comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Executing tasks as assigned by the Registered Manager.
  • Engaging in orientation, company training, and meetings with colleagues.

NURSING HOMES

The services offered by nursing homes cater to individuals who need more extensive care and support than just help with washing their hands, dressing, managing their medications, or completing other personal care tasks.
Nursing homes, often called residential nursing homes or care homes with nursing, employ nurses and care assistants. Besides offering residential accommodation, these facilities can also deliver nursing care.
The aim of a nursing home is to provide assistance and care for individuals with specific conditions or various disabilities who have significant difficulties with daily activities and require additional support.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Nurses with Diploma/Degree/Masters
  • Nurses with a minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • UKVI IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each module.
